Dividends & Capital Gain Distributions
By law, mutual funds must distribute any income and/or realized capital gains at least annually.
For William Blair equity funds, all income dividends, if any, and capital gains distributions, if any, generally will be paid in December and/or January.
For the William Blair Income Fund, and the William Blair Bond Fund, income dividends are normally paid the fifteenth day of each month, if a business day, with net realized long-term capital gains distributions, if any, generally paid in December and/or January. The Income Fund attempts to maintain relatively level monthly dividends and, from time to time, may distribute or retain net income and capital gain or make return of capital distributions to pursue that goal.
For the William Blair Ready Reserves Fund, the net investment income will be distributed as a daily dividend.
Interim distributions may be made if the Board of Trustees believes it is necessary, and the Funds may vary these dividend practices at any time.
